RAG to RICHES - Beyond RAG chatbots with dynamic data + tools

We're transitioning from an era of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) chatbots with static data to one of access to dynamic data files in the cloud.

Incredibly, they will have access to tools and functions to automate work.
